Cancellation or Refund Policy

Reservation cancel with in 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked. There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in Black-out period (peak season) between OCT. to February every year. For all Apex Bookings, there is no refund for cancellations or for change in travel schedule.

Identity Record : It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error..

Child Policy : Children up to 6 years can stay free in parents room when sharing bed with parents. Children aged 12 years and older are fully charged.

 

  • If cancelled 96 hours prior to the arrival date 95% refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellations charges in case payment is done via Instamojo/Credit/Debit card.
  • If cancelled within 96 hours prior to check in date, will attract one night retention.

Cancellation Charges for Long weekends and Christmas New Year period (20th December, 2023 to 2nd January, 2024)

  • If cancelled 21 days prior to the arrival date 95% refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Instamojo/Credit/Debit card.
  • If cancelled within 21 days prior to check in date, will attract complete retention.

Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations

  • 25% of the total billing has to be made at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
  • 25% of the total billing has to be made 90 days prior to event.
  • 25% of the total billing has to be made 60 days prior to event.
  • 25% of the total billing has to be made 30 days prior to event.
  • If not complied with the above, the booking can be cancelled.
  • Full clearance of bill at the time of check-out.
  • In case of any cancellation:
    o Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months and 1 month prior to the date.
    o 100% retention to be charged if cancelled 1 month prior to the date of event.
In case of any cancellation the GST of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 5th of the next month.

Note:

Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.

  • A group booking is defined as :
    o 2 rooms or more for hotels with an inventory of 4-10 rooms
    o 5 rooms or more for hotels with an inventory of 11-21 rooms
    o 10 rooms or more for hotels with an inventory of 22-90 rooms
  • Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/debit card  online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  • Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
